Nora K. S. Evans
Associate Attorney
Nora Evans's practice focuses on the preparation and review of affirmative action plans for federal contractors. She also assists clients in compliance reviews and uses regression analysis to evaluate compensation disparities and pay equity.
Nora's experience includes representing government contractors before the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), preparing and examining affirmative action plans, advising clients on recordkeeping obligations and the implementation of affirmative action programs, compiling desk audit submissions, responding strategically to OFCCP information requests, preparing for and defending clients in OFCCP audits and onsite visits, evaluating compensation disparity and pay equity claims, using statistics to analyze hiring, promotion, and termination disparities, and facilitating the identification of Internet Applicants per OFCCP regulations.
Previously, Nora worked as a Student Attorney at DC Law Students in Court, clerked in the legal department of Gannett Co., Inc., and interned at the National Legal Aid and Defender Association.
