OFCCP has begun to conduct onsite visits for its Section 503 Focused Reviews. Preparing managers and employees to be interviewed for one of these audits requires significantly more sensitivity, however, because of the private and confidential subject matter being evaluated. Alissa Horvitz is going to help us navigate some of these obstacles and share her experiences based on two on-sites that she has defended in the Mid-Atlantic region.
