Raleigh-Durham (Triangle) Industry Liaison Group Chapter Meeting - Documenting Action-Oriented Programs

Documenting Action-Oriented Programs

This presentation will address the development of meaningful action-oriented programs and what types of documentation is OFCCP looking for, to verify that you implemented them. It will include a discussion about when and why to create some documents under the protection of attorney-client privilege, and when and why to create other documentation that you do not intend to be privileged and that you intend to supply OFCCP in the event of an audit.
