With the publication of its compensation directive in 2018, OFCCP has made it much more transparent for contractors to understand how OFCCP will evaluate compensation during a compliance review. Contractors have a road map to examine their compensation for gender and race disparities, but there still are nuances and best practices to conducting these analyses. Josh Roffman and Nora Evans have helped many clients with the compensation portion of their audit submissions since the directive was issued and they will bring experience and insight into this discussion. They will address pay analysis groups (what they are, and what happens if your workforce is too small to develop them), different types of proactive pay analyses, and will touch on some of the directive’s statistical substance without overwhelming everyone who didn’t take statistics in college.
