OFCCP released its heads-up audit list on September 8, 2023 (CSAL), and it has started to issue actual scheduling letters to organizations on the list. The itemized listing attached to the scheduling letter has more requests than in the past, and by front-loading several new voluminous requests, including two sets of compensation data instead of one, government contractor organizations may face challenges to assemble these materials in only 30 days if they don't get a head start.
