Joshua Roffman is the Managing Attorney at Roffman Horvitz, PLC, a law firm with decades of experience assisting government contractors and other employers with human resources compliance and employment data analytics. Roffman received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Neil Dickinson, Vice President, Compensation Services - OutSolve
Neil brings over 20 years of experience. Neil regularly delivers training on pay equity and other compliance topics for SHRM, ILG, and other industry associations and events. Neil received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and The University of Hull in England and his MBA from The Citadel.

Chris Lindholm, Head of Compliance - OutSolve
Chris has been involved in non-discrimination planning since 1997, assisting customers with audit support, training, and EEO compliance, including implementation of Federal Non-Discrimination Plans for thousands of federal contractors.
