EEO-1 and VETS-4212
We have the ability to prepare EEO-1 reports and VETS-4212 reports efficiently and mass upload them for client review and certification. We cannot over-emphasize how important it is to ensure that the EEO-1 reports are submitted correctly because the data that contractors submit on their EEO-1 reports is used in OFCCP's selection system to choose employers for OFCCP audits (among several other factors).
Many times we come across an employer that has no idea how it was selected for an OFCCP compliance review, and more often than not, we can trace the OFCCP's selection of the facility or employer to an EEO-1 report that was filed incorrectly.
EEO-1 Reports are due on or before March 31 each year and VETS-4212 Reports are due on or before September 30 of each year.
