Kelly A. Lewis is Roffman Horvitz’s Marketing and Client Development Manager. The Firm advises employers on a broad array of human resource compliance matters. Kelly is a strategic partner who helps to develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective new clients and represents the firm in various marketing spaces. With over 14 years of data analysis expertise, she also assists in reconciling complex data sets and running impact ratio analyses in pattern and practice discrimination matters.

Prior to working at Roffman Horvitz, Kelly spent over 11 years in various roles within human resources. As such, she offers a unique and helpful perspective having worked on the contractor side, and before her in-house human resources roles, she started out in Boston, working in the financial industry at various large investment fund companies where she was licensed to sell stocks, bonds, and mutual funds in support and fund accounting roles.
