As part of its compliance reviews, OFCCP often seeks to interview the contractor's employees. Generally speaking, those interviews fall into one of two types: "manager interviews" and "employee interviews." In manager interviews, the individual is afforded the option of having company representation present. This presentation will discuss what investigative areas typically prompt "manager" interviews, review some typical questions, and guide you how to prepare the witness. We also will discuss the role of the representative and who it should be.
