Preparing for Section 503 Focused Reviews

OFCCP has begun to schedule contractors for Section 503 Focused Reviews. This presentation will review the OFCCP's scheduling letter for focused reviews, identify the types of documentation that OFCCP is looking for in response to the scheduling letter, discuss ways in which the contractor can engage in meaningful disability outreach and recruitment, and review what it means to assess the effectiveness of each outreach initiative. Contractors engage in different types of outreach, from online recruiting, to college employer job fairs, to employee referrals, and assessing the effectiveness of this outreach will be different for different types of outreach.
